By using StageOnce (stageonce.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

The Service

StageOnce provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate photos. You upload a photo of an empty or partially furnished room, and our AI generates a staged version with virtual furniture and decor.

Accounts and Payment

• Lifetime plan — $299.99 one-time payment gives you lifetime access to the platform, 200 credits included at purchase (these never expire), and a monthly credit allowance (currently 20 credits per month). Monthly allowance credits are refreshed each calendar month and do not roll over; included and purchased credits are spent only after the monthly allowance is used.
• Credit packs — additional credits can be purchased at any time. Purchased credits never expire.
• Free trial — your first staged photo is free, no account required.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners, which may act as merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are in USD.

Fair Use and Credit Allocations

• Monthly credit allocations are intended for the ordinary use of one professional or household and are subject to fair use.
• The monthly allocation applies to our standard staging model. If we introduce premium models with materially higher compute costs, they may consume credits at a different rate or be offered separately; your access to the standard model is unaffected.
• We reserve the right to adjust the size of future monthly allocations if underlying compute costs change materially. Any such change will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will never affect credits you have already received or purchased.
• Accounts are personal: one account per person or business entity. We may apply rate limits or suspend accounts engaged in automated abuse, credential sharing, or credit farming.

Refund Policy

StageOnce offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the lifetime plan. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a refund. Refunds are calculated based on usage: if you have used 10 or fewer credits, you receive a full refund; beyond that, a deduction of $2 per credit used applies to cover processing costs. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

Your Content

• You retain all rights to photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating staged images.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and stage photos (e.g., you own them or have permission from the photographer).
• Staged images are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including MLS listings, marketing materials, and social media.

Virtual Staging Disclosure

Virtually staged photos should be labeled as such per your local MLS guidelines. StageOnce is not responsible for any legal issues arising from failure to disclose virtual staging in listings. We recommend clearly disclosing virtual staging in your listings. Images generated by StageOnce carry industry-standard AI-provenance metadata (C2PA), which supports such disclosure.

Acceptable Use

You may not use StageOnce to:

• Generate misleading images intended to deceive buyers about the actual condition of a property.
• Generate, upload, or attempt to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content. This is strictly prohibited.
• Generate images depicting violence, illegal activity, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Process images containing illegal content.
• Resell access to your account or share credentials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models.

All generation requests are screened by automated content moderation before processing. Requests that violate this policy are blocked, and repeated violations will result in account termination without refund.

Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as StageOnce operates the service. In the unlikely event we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and offer pro-rata refunds based on account age.

Limitation of Liability

StageOnce's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
